৪. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড নীতি:
সকল প্রিমিয়াম লেনদেন চূড়ান্ত এবং ব্যবহারকারীকে সবকিছু নিজ দায়িত্বে বুজে শুনে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। প্রিমিয়াম পারচেজ বা কেনাকাটা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর আমরা কঠোরভাবে "নো-রিফান্ড নীতি" (No-Refund Policy) অনুসরণ করি; ব্যবহারকারীর নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা বা থার্ড-পার্টি স্ট্রিমের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর ভিত্তি করে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
৫. অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং বাতিলকরণ:
অ্যাপের কোনো ফিচারের অপব্যবহার, ওটিপি (OTP) ভেরিফিকেশন সিস্টেমের অপপ্রয়োগ বা এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো ধারা লঙ্ঘন করলে কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সীমাবদ্ধ, প্রিমিয়াম স্ট্যাটাস বাতিল বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
